Relieve Senior Metallurgists/Investigative project work/Liaise with all plant staff/Take a hand in people management/FIFO/Productivity bonuses

Work with a Cheif Metallurgist on the optimisation of plant performance, through investigative project work, monitoring and forecasting. Work on your own individual plant productivity projects that you will be solely responsible for. This involves liasing with staff plant wide and reporting to Senior Management
